I look forward to the full bloom of my weeping cherry tree on my front lawn. When it is in bloom, all I see is pink as I walk by my front door. It is a thrill I adore!

Owen....Happy Spring to you too! I consider the 1st day of Spring to be March 20th, and I'll tell ya why...
Do you remember, well, of cos you don't, cos you don't live in NY, USA...heehee...anyhoos...back in 1956, March 19th, it started to snow, and snow and snow...it was a blizzard! And on March 20th, I was born!...a whole month early! There is much more to this story and I hear it every March 20th from my mom and dad...I love them!
Imagine that?......a blizzard on the 1st day of Spring.

Glad you like my attempt at writing. When I type for my posts, I usually go with whatever pops into my head at the time. Sometimes it works, other times, not so much. I like dry humor, and am not afraid to poke fun at myself.
