I was looking for the "free" and I saw your feet in the banner. Looks like free to me.
I don't understand the padlocks at the bottom of the posts. Does the whole thing come down so "authorized" vehicles can get through or something?

Well, Larry, I found this photo of chains, so I used it for the challenge. Perhaps it just represents Chain, and not Free. But there could be free in here somewhere....I'll leave it up to the viewers.
These chains are so you don't end up in the lake! ( which is to the left of the chains ). LOL
