Dirt cake

Dirt cake, made from Oreo cookies, Cool Whip and Instant vanilla pudding.
A recipe that I've been making since my kids were little.
*First one I put in a plastic terracotta-looking flowerpot
and decorated it with a plastic daisy and some gummy worms.
*Second one I made was on Halloween, where I spread the dirt cake
out in a glass Pyrex baking dish and used Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies
for grave stones and little plastic ghost and witches all around
and candy corns for a picket fence.
*Third one I made, I was going to a bar-b-q, so I put the dirt cake in
individual plastic cups and hung a gummy worm off the side of each cup.
*And this past family reunion my daughter comes over with dirt cake in
a plastic toy wheelbarrow....how clever is that?

That's very cool! We've always done those in pastic buckets. I love the Wheelbarrow idea

Dirt cake? Guess I would have to see the recipe. I'm assuming it's some kind of Oreo cookie thing or something.
Of course my kids got a real kick out of stuff like fake boogers, so this would have been right up their ally.

Hey Larry, sorry, I didn't mention the ingredients....I'll have to add it.
Yup, kids get such a kick out of disgusting stuff and I get a kick out of them! Gotta love 'em!
